What is Qmaze?

Qmaze is a product configurator in which you can compose a customer specific product or service based on features and rules. The customer specific product features can be shown as a picture or as a 3D-model. Qmaze is a full CMS, Webshop and can be used for handling all your E-commerce activities.

You can define all possible product features, options and their relations and conditions. Your customer, dealer or backoffice can prepare a quotation or order based on a logical questionnaire. Qmaze will ensure that your quote will be correct and complete with the right price and conditions. During the configuration process only valid options can be chosen.

Qmaze is completely multi-lingual and contains a complete and advanced dealer portal, so your dealers and agents can have their own login and can follow-up and monitor their own quotes and orders. At the backend Qmaze can generate drawings, production documents and a bill of material and bill of labout which can be interfaced to your ERP system.
Qmaze runs in the cloud, fully managed by our team, or on premise on your own web server. Quadriceps supports you in designing, setting up and maintaining your product models.

Depending on your wishes, you can build and maintain these models independently after a short training, or this will be done in consultation with Quadriceps.

Qmaze works on all modern browsers

Qmaze is fully responsive and can be used perfectly on a smartphone, tablet or PC, Mac or Linux computer. All modern browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera are supported.

Qmaze is easy. End users do not need training. Using Qmaze speaks for itself. Basic training is sufficient to build and maintain Qmaze models.

Why Qmaze?

Fully web-basedbased

Qmaze has been developed with the latest Microsoft technologies. ASP.NET in combination with a Microsoft SQL server 2012 in the 'cloud' or within your own server park. Qmaze used Bootstrap for a very fast, flexible and responsive operation of the web pages.

From simple model to complex calculations

You can build a simple model in a few minutes. However, a very complex model is also possible in Qmaze. There are no restrictions on the amount of questions, rules or complexity. The database can be fully used for the heavy calculation and / or research work.

Customer-specific quotes

With the Qmaze report editor you build a quotation, where you can use all questions, options and intelligence of the product model. Each offer is therefore fully tailored to your customer's choices and unique. The quotation is available in Work, PDF, print and or mail.

2D and 3D drawings

During the configuration you can immediately generate a 2D or 3D drawing. You can visualize your configurations and link customer choices to the drawing, which is immediately updated to show the choices. Drawings can be exported from different CAD drawing formats, so that almost all existing CAD systems can be linked to Qmaze.

Integration with ERP and CRM systems

Within Qmaze, a customer can immediately create a quote. They can do this quote too look up and convert into a sales order. Qmaze can be integrated with at this level your ERP system.

A sales order is created here, including the highest (customer-specific) bill of material levels. This integration can be achieved based on a direct database connection, a web service, an XML message or a standard text or CSV file. It is also possible to connect to your CRM system.

Qmazebuilder

The Qmaze product model is built with Qmazebuilder, an additional website which is used to:

Define customizable products and items.
Define the Questions (variables) and answers (options).
Define the product-rules (constraints) using our own Qmaze intuitive language.
Define the product Bill of Material. Inside the Bill of Material the relation to the Variables and options is set.
Generate item codes and item descriptions, also based on rules.
Define the product Routing (Bill of Labour), defining setup and runtime based on the selected options.
Price and discount management. Prices and discounts can be defined per options, customer or customergroup, quantity, currency and with a start- and enddate.
outputScript management. Scripts can be easily created, multilingual for screens, reports and other types of output.
Document management. Qmazebuilder is also used to manage images, documents, templates, css and javascript files.
